Sushi Roll

Ingredients : 
- 150 gr japanese white rice (koshihikari)
- 4 sheets nori (Japan seaweed)
- 5 drops rice vinegar
- 3 tbs water
- 2 tbs white sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 pcs sausage
- 2 chicken eggs, omelette, cut into small strips
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled, cut into small strip
- 1/2 carrot, peeled, cut into small strips

How to make :
- Boiled carrots until cooked, make an omelette. fried sausage, chill it
Steamed rice until cooked. Mixed sugar, vinegar and salt that has been dissolved in water. Add into steamed rice earlier. Taste the sweet and sour salty, set aside.
Take 1 sheet of nori on top of rice arranged approximately as thick as 1/2 cm. Don't cover up the rest of nori. Left the bottom side so that when nori rolled, rice can cling well.
Set eggs, sausage, cucumber and carrot on the edge of the rice then start rolling slowly while compacted. If you have a bamboo mat, you can use it so it can be easily rolled. But if you don't just cover with plastic under the nori.
Cut each roll into 4 to 6 slices using a wet, sharp knife.

Chocolate Pancake

-350 ml fresh milk(I replaced it with chocolate milk) -2 Chicken eggs 
-2 Tbs butter, melted 
-3 Tbs granulated sugar 
-250 gr Wheat flour 
-10 Grams of cocoa powder (optional) 
-2 Tsp baking powder 
- ½ tsp baking soda 


-topping of chocolate

How to make:
1. For the dough: Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder in a bowl until blended.
2. Pour the egg, mix well
3. Enter the butter, put the milk, stirring until smooth
4. Heat the pan, basting with butter
5. pour 1 tablespoon of dough into the pan. Cook until smooth holes and done. Lift.
6. Pour chocolate topping in the top of the pancakes to beautify. Ready to be served.

- If you want plain pancakes, the cocoa powder can be eliminated.
- As a variation, you can add banana slices or Raisins or any other topping.

Mango Pudding With Fla Sauce

Ingredients :

1 pcs gelatin powder
500 gr of mango flesh (if you want more easily be replaced with syrup/mango flavor)
600 ml water
1/3-1/2 cans condensed milk (white Indomilk)
100 gr sugar (more or less)

Vla Sauce:

250 ml milk
100 gr sugar
1 egg yolk, mix until soft
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolve with a little water

How to Make Pudding:

1. Blend mango flesh and enough water until smooth.
2. Combine gelatin powder, water, and sugar. Cook over medium heat. Stir until well blended, then enter mango that has been blend and stir again until boiling.
3. After boiling, pour the condensed milk until blended then turn off the stove. Stir again until the steam heat is lost. So that the pudding does not clot.
4. Then pour into molds and chill.

How to Make Vla Sauce:

1. Boil milk and sugar over medium heat, then reduce the heat.
2. Take 2-3 tablespoons milk sugar mixture, mix into the beaten egg yolks and stir until well blended.
3. Re-enter the milk mixture egg yolks into a pan of milk that was boiling on the fire, little by little while stirring until well blended.
4. Thicken with cornstarch solution, then turn off the stove. Stirring constantly until slightly cool.

Bread Pizza

Ingredients :
2 pieces of bread (can be replaced by wheat bread)
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon tomato sauce / chilli sauce
2 pieces of sausage - thinly sliced
2 tablespoons sweet corn
2 tablespoons corned beef
a little grated cheese
little black pepper (if any)
a little cooking oil for greasing pan

Directions :
-Trim the edges of the bread, then apply with butter
-Dabs tomato sauce / chilli sauce. many sauces according to taste

Cream Soup Recipe

1 piece of chicken thigh upper thigh down
1 cup of sweet corn
2 garlic, roughly chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
50 gr flour
salt, sugar, cube chicken bouillon and pepper powder to taste
700 ml milk
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
2 tablespoons butter for sauteing


1. Boil chicken in 600 ml of water until done. Lift and separate from bone. Slice into pieces. Cull 500ml boiled water.
2. Heat margarine. Saute the garlic and onions until tender.
3. Enter the flour.Pour bouillon little by little, stirring until boiling.
4. Add sweet corn, chicken, salt, sugar, and cube chicken bouillon.Stir.
