Ingredients:

500 gr shrimp
50 gr flour
2 eggs, beaten off
200 gr tempura batter (usually available in the brand "panko")
1 / 2 tsp salt
1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
2 tsp lemon juice
vegetable oil for frying

Direction:
1. Clean the shrimp, then peel it, leave a tail, split backs and wide shape.
2. Soak shrimp with lime juice, salt, and pepper, let stand for 15 minutes. (this is so that the shrimp does not smell fishy)
3. Coat each shrimp with the cornstarch, dip in beaten eggs, then dressing with tempura batter. Dip again in beaten eggs, then dressing tempura batter. Do it until they run out, store in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
4. Tempura fried shrimp in hot oil until slightly golden

note : if you are allergic to shrimp, the main ingredient can be replaced with squid
